These are pictures of a huge mural I did a few years ago. It is thirty feet by 12 feet and is above a doorway. I was on scaffolding to do it.
The theme of the mural was 'The Yukon - Read All About It'. As you can see, it depicts various aspects of the Yukon, past and present, all four seasons, as well as night and day. Presiding over all is a giant Raven, the territorial bird, reading a volume from which all the activity comes.
This painting was supposed to be one of my daughters. I'm not sure it really looks like her, but I like it anyway! I call it 'Reflecting'
I also did a painting of my son taken from his Grad photo. I call it 'Commencement'

Love all the art! Still trying to decide which picture Iw ant for my birthday!!:)
