Wonder if Flying pterodactyls will ever get to be as popular ... (Shamelessly referencing my own book "And The Beat Goes On") Probably not.

Vampires etc ...
Just read a couple of blogs commenting on the "Twilight" phenomenon & its impact on the Christian community. As a former Pastor's wife, I'm not ashamed to say I've read all the books and thoroughly enjoyed them. I'm not sure I'd go so far as to start preaching sermons based on them, but . . . ! It's okay for us to be out of our 'holier than thou' boxes, and yes, there are lessons to be learned about humanity, good vs. evil etc. One blog commented on a book called "Touched By A Vampire - Discovering Hidden messages " ... etc. by Beth Felker Jones. I might be interested in picking this one up. Also, apparently well known Christian author Tracey Bateman has also written a book about vampires. She claims she's not jumping on the bandwagon, but it certainly couldn't come out at a better time.

Romantic suspense with a Creationist twist
Welcome to my blog - expression express. As an artist, author, dramatist and teacher of the arts, I thrive on all things creative - thus the name. Check out my newly released book "And The Beat Goes On". It's the story of an archeologist who makes an unexpected discovery while working in the mountians of Zimbabwe - human remains carfeully buried alongside those of what appears to be Pterodactyl. The story takes many twists and turns as Dr. Mark Graham tries to unearth the truth while the site is sabotaged and his credibility is on the line. For more info or to order online, check out: http://www.strategicpublishinggroup.com/title/AndTheBeatGoesOn.html
The book has a definite evangelist bent, so if you are into the Creationist debate, (or even if you're not), check it out.
This is my fourth novel and I am still in the process of seeking publication for the others. As well, I have written and produced 11 plays ( with great reviews!) which I hope to get published. As a visual artist, I am also looking for ways to show my work. I'll keep you posted.
